iPad Update iOS 13

Can I unshrink the apps? The new update made them smaller to fit more on the screen and I’m not a fan

Delete apps I just updated my iPad to the latest software and I still can’t delete apps. If I press and hold on an app, it just says rearrange home screen but still won’t let me remove any.

I can’t remove apps because the remove icon doesn’t show up when the app jiggles How do I fix the fact that I can’t delete apps because after the app jiggles there isn’t a remove icon and the app isn’t one built into the IPad?

Check: Settings - Display & Brightness- Scroll to the bottom to see the screen below, and make the change there.
