Email push not working

Hi there,

I've got my work email (exchange account) on my phone and I want to push the emails from that but fetch everything else. My settings reflect this - the fetch works but not the push, I only see my work emails when I open the mail app.

I have checked the notifications which are also turned on. I've deleted and reinstalled the mail account several times, reset network settings, and checked the notifications/push settings several times - nothing is working!! I am on the latest software. What else could be wrong?? This is driving me crazy!
