Airplane mode wrongly shown on iOS13

On my iPhone 7 Plus, airplane mode only is shown on alla Apps top left corner (except on iPhone Home screen) although it is not active.

Have you already tried a "forced restart" of your 7+?--> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
