XR Camera after iOS 13.1.2 Update
After the update my camera has been taking the worst photos. Striping appears at the tops of the pictures now despite it not being there when the camera is viewed on the screen.

Hello everyone with the same problem,
have you been able to fix the problem in the meantime? I have the same blue / yellow stripes on some photos and nothing has changed with the last update.
My girlfriend has this problem as well. She went to our local apple store, they ran some diagnoses and the apple genius person said that nothing is wrong and it must be the lighting and that this is how the camera works (not).
It was totally unhelpful. Truth to be told, iOS 13 has so many bugs that it is not surprising that these things are happening.
I suggest opening a radar and seeing if Apple reacts on it.
I have a theory that Apple may have slipped in a fix for this in the latest update to iOS 13. Since the iOS 13.3.1 update earlier this week, I have not experienced this issue despite trying to replicate it. There wasn’t any mention of this in the release note, at least that I saw. Is anyone still having the issue after upgrading to 13.3.1?

I also have the same issue with my iPhone XR since I installed ios 13 beta.
I have the same problem after updating ios13. This built-in smart HDR started working like this. You can turn it off in the camera settings and turn it on when you need HDR in the camera.
