Bluetooth Connectivity Issues Iphone 11 - iOS 13.1.1

I have some connectivity peculiarities with my 64 GB iphone 11. I had this issue both before and after updating to iOS 13.1.1. I have two different bluetooth devices: Klipsch Reference Over Ear Bluetooth and Tao Tronics Sound Liberty77.

I am able to connect the Klipsch headphones to my iphone and also to two different macs (2015 13" pro and 2018 13" pro, both with mojave 10.14.6).

I am able to connect the Tao Tronics headphones to both of the macs, but I am unable to connect to my iphone. I have tried resetting the iphone, but the connection issue persists. There is a spinning wheel next to "other devices" and the Tao Tronics headphones are shown underneath. When I click on it to pair, I get a spinning wheel next to it as well, but no pairing.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like a specific Bluetooth device i no longer pairing with your iPhone. I'll be happy to help in any way I can.

Also, I noticed you are using a previous version of iOS. You may want to try backing up the iPhone then updating iOS using the steps found here to iOS 13.1.2: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Hi Chris,

I already followed those steps with iOS 13.1.1 (restarting phone, device, etc.) and have also updated to 13.1.2 and am still having issues. To clarify, these headphones have never connected to this device. I have received a second pair of headphones and the problem persists - hopefully TaoTronics will have a solution.
