Cannot install iTunes error

I've been having problems with installing iTunes onto my laptop. I have it downloaded from the Microsoft Store as I couldn't find any other version to download not from it. When I go to install I get an error message saying "One or more users on this computer have installed iTunes from the Microsoft Store. All users must uninstall iTunes before this installation continues"

I don't understand this error at all because I'm the only user on my laptop which I also am the administrator of it.

Btw I don't have a current pro desktop from what I put under device. I had no clue what to choose for device regarding a laptop as I don't have a Mac or any of the other options.
