Updated iPhone XR to iso 13.1.2 and applecarplay won't show apple maps or google maps on Acura 2018 max screen

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I understand you're not seeing the map appear on your car display when using CarPlay and Apple Maps. I definitely depend on my turn by turn directions, and being able to see the map, so certainly understand how important it is to get this resolved.

You mentioned you may need an update from the car manufacturer. This may be the case, we do have some other steps to work through to resolve this. If these steps do not help, reaching out to the vehicle manufacturer would be a great next step.

I am also having problems with Google Maps after upgrading to iOS 13.1.2 with Google Maps via Carplay in my Subaru Outback.

I can bring up Google Maps, and he screen shows where I am, and the voice tells me where to turn, but the route is not displayed and the upcoming turn information does not display.

Google maps was working fine the day before the upgrade to 13.1.2 was pushed to my phone. The problem began the next time I tried to use Google maps after the upgrade.
