Issue with USB-C Docks and Ethernet ports not working

I have this MacBook Pro 2018 and its having issues with 3 different docking stations. They have all been USB-C ones. They charge the MacBook fine and the other peripherals do work. The problem is that the ethernet will not work in all 3 of them. I have tried 2 Belkin Express Docks and I just bought a Henge Stone USB-C dock and it has the same problem. The weird thing is that I have a StarTech DKT30CHVW USB-C Multiport Adapter and the ethernet works fine on that.

Anyone have an idea on what is wrong with the MacBook that it wont identify the Ethernet ports on all 3 docks?

If the Dock requires a Driver for its Ethernet ports, you may have to use:

System preferences > Network ...

... to ADD [+] an interface to the list in the left-side box before it can be set up and used.

I did get it to read once with the Belkin Dock and then unplugged it and it wouldnt show back up. The original Belkin dock was working up to 2-3 weeks ago and then just stopped working on Ethernet. I bought another Belkin dock and it did the same thing so went with the Henge dock and still same issue. I tried different USB-C/Thunderbolt ports on the Mac and it didnt make a difference. If I plug the StarTech adpater into the Belkin Dock it wont sense on the MacBook either.
