iPhone 11 data transfer failed. Now what?

Here are some suggestions:

• If it's only settings, you can set them up again to how they were before manually.
• If there's other data not appearing, it will vary based on the type of data.
  • For anything that might have been stored in iCloud, just be sure to set up iCloud: Set up iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
  • For items synced with iTunes, like music or podcasts, be sure to sync them over to the iPhone: Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using iTunes on your computer
• If you prefer, you can also attempt to restore the backup again: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

I just tried to transfer the data from my iphone 6 to my iphone 11 and it just spun and didn't do anything. Help

Hi,

Try to update your new iPhone 11 and your old iPhone to the latest version of iOS. Restart both phones. Insert your SIM to the new phone before the transfer. It worked for me.
