Contact has Facetime greyed out
Most of my contacts are working fine but I have one in particular who has Facetime greyed out. This only seems to be happening on my iPad (Pro 9.7) but not on my iPhone X or Macbook. Any ideas why?

Found the problem. When looking at my son’s contact info I noticed it didn’t have the correct email for FaceTime. Once I added the correct one, the FaceTime option became available. Major “D’oh!” moment. Thanks for your time and help!
Hello,
Are you certain this contact has an Apple device? This often means that the contact means that you have listed in the contact (such as a phone number or email address) is not registered with FaceTime.
Hello,
Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
Hello,
When you restored your iPad, did you restore it from a backup? Try fully restoring your iPad to factory settings.

Yes, it's my son. He has an iPad mini. I am able to Facetime with him if I use my iPhone or my Macbook but can't do so when I use my iPad. I want to add that I just got the iPad and noticed this when trying to Facetime him.
You are very welcome! I am happy to hear all is working as expected again.
Backed up and Reset my iPad. No luck. Still greyed out.
