Accessibility zoom doesn’t change the App sizes.

With most other iPhones, you can Increase the size of the App icons under Settings, Display and then Zoomed.

this function is not available on the iPhone 11 Pro.

You also have to use Zoom Region > select Full Screen Zoom instead of Window Zoom

Test all the options.

Go to Settings  > Accessibility > Zoom, then turn on Zoom.
