"Apple wants to make changes"

I accidentally assumed that Apple actually wanted to make changes and it kept popping up so I filled in the pop-up. Now I looked up what this was about and now I apparently have a virus on my macbook pro. Please help me on what I should do so I can get rid of this as soon as possible because Apple doesn't want to help me with this.

You may be able to remove the issue and safely continue use of

Mac by using this free version Malwarebytes from maker's site:

https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/

Do not use the item you already installed that may further do harm

to the mac or its files; some items only mess up the browser, others

are adware or malware. ~ These are not Viri.

Good luck & happy trails!🌞
