I have the latest 13.1.2 software for my iPhone 10 Xs Max and I can't find where to switch the incoming calls from speaker to private? It was in Accessibility but no longer is? It always goes to my speaker instead of the ear speaker on the phone? Help!

I see you're having an issue locating the Call Audio Routing option. It's still there, it's just moved a bit.
Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing
