My iPhone 11 pro is brand new and in the initial set up it forced me to upgrade to iOS 13.2 and it has been on “installing now” for 24h... HELP!!

Oh, and it’s the second time it happens, I already reset it to factory settings.. and I’m on the the second attempt to finish installing iOS 13.2... 24h and counting
