ios 13.1.2 slow, freezes
iphone 7 and 8plus, since upgrading to IOS 13.1.2 has been sluggish and freezing.

Yes, what a royal pain. The phone is used for business and with the new update I now have a paper weight as I'm unable to answer calls, clicking any app takes takes 3+ minutes to open. The phone for functionality is essentially worthless. I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing similar issues.

iOS 13.2 on my iPad no better like a bloody brick now
Same here regarding finger print to unlock my phone but other apps that I have setup for finger print never fail always work first time work that 1 out !!! 🤔

I reset all settings, been pretty much back to normal since then. Still have a few minor issues with some apps freezing occasionally, but miles better

13.2.2 here seems more stable for a day so far. This is so unApple! Where's Scott Forstall when you need him?
I cleared the RAM of my iphone X. Looks like it now doesn‘t freez up anymore
