iPhone email signature image not showing

I’m still having issues following your instructions to it either drops the photo or multiplies the signature by four times or includes the photo initially but it drops out when it sends it’s a mixed bag of tricks the things that it does it shows up in my phone that the picture exists it just simply doesn’t append to the emails correctly

Spark is now saying unknown JPG as an error and will not use my picture which oddly enough now Apple will use but it disappears and reappears and shows up multiple times spark does not work at all. This is so maddening it’s ridiculous I shouldn’t have spent hours on this when it used to work and just stopped one day due to an update

The Spark solution doesn’t work. Send a mail with spark signature to a receiver on another domain and the pic is gone missing.

also, there is no way to stop receiving notifications from this thread. That’s Apple for you. Probably some security issue. Haha

My email signature logo on 13.5.1 is showing up as null on my iphone and no matter how I try to fix it by copy - paste - shake phone - undo - it still shows up as null. Can you help. Apple how would you like your logo being a white box saying NULL!!??

Here's the problem Kevin. Many people have already done exactly what you have described. It has worked for them for a long time. Then all of a sudden, likely associated with a update, it stopped working. They not only know these steps, they have executed them successfully in the past. They're trying to figure out why it's not working now.

I honestly can't make it to page 14 of this thread but I've spent more time trying to get an image in my signature that I have refinancing my house.

1. Spark signature thing didn't work
2. Load remote images didn't
3. Getting a permalink for the image didn't work

I have the same issue on my iPhone and iPad. Nothing has worked. Please let us know when this is slatted to be fixed. I use Bluemail and it works for a couple of days, but reverts to their default signature. A pain when you are managing over 10 email accounts.

Good try, but it won’t work. It is the answer for how to create Signature with logo, but how you keep images or logo in your signature when send/replay emails is far away to solve the issue. Still waiting if there is a solution from apple for it. For now not even nerds engineers from apple have a solution.

It only seems to work. Try to send the mail with signature to some other mail address than your own (or on the same domain), and the image is gone.

also, unsubscribing from this life long, dead boring thread is equally impossible.

It is incredibly unprofessional (on Apple's part). Many of us have added logo's and other graphics to signatures for years. But something has happened that is now causing this to fail. It's getting annoying hearing the same steps we all know being presented again. It would seem that Apple has to know that there is a problem here where people that have successful implemented this for years are now having inexplicable problems. But from Apple it's ... crickets. Samsung is looking a whole lot more appealing at this point.

Yes does not work. You can send one email and then it disappears or it will multiply post your digital signature four times or it just won’t show the picture at all I have tried this multiple times with multiple failed results.

Tried. Not working. The problem is not creating/adding the sign with logo Because all of us know how to do it and the stupid shake to convert format.

The problem is after you create your signature because logo or pics are gone when try send/reply emails. Please understand that. It is not hard to get it.

Correct it doesn’t work on iPhone or iPad but it should it worked when we bought our iPhones and iPads and Apple should acknowledge it’s a problem and as they do for all of their other problems they should create an appropriate fix and resolve the issue but since they seem to be unwilling to do so, And since you seem to Not have a problem with this would you mind sharing what email client you use what their attributes are and why you switch to them other than the aforementioned problem?

Hi, I have tried this and although it worked for the formatting of the text, the logo is still not there. I did shake it and did press undo but still nothing. Do you have any other suggestions I could try, please? And thanks for posting this, at least it sorts out the text formatting.

This actually worked, I tried it previously but neglected to open a new email and then copy from the blank email. This was clearly a very important step, as it worked! It worked on both iPhone X and my iPad. Thank you!!!
