iPhone email signature image not showing
Since updating to ios13, my email signature logo is not showing in my email.
It is saved in signatures, so the signature is coming across, but the logo is a blank box?

I was changing the email signature image and then i got the same problem. I tried many things, html signature, testing outlook copy paste etc etc.
What did fix it for me was using Spark the email app from app store. I created a signature and pasted in the image from my picture library. Then opened a new email and copy pasted the whole signature. Paste it in the original mail app signature.
Fixed my problems!
Hi
The problem with missing graphics can be solved in two ways, each requires to prepare html file. You may need to find somebody with basic html skills.
Option 1
Put your logo or graphics to a Webserver available from open Internet. Then use img tags in HTML with reference to the Webserver where you put your pictures.
Option 2
Try to embed graphics into your html file using image:data tag. You don’t need then any Webserver however your signature will take more bandwidth.
in both options follow then the steps as below:
Hope it helps.
I was troubleshooting this same issue for my company. I did every suggested thing online that was available. In the end it was one of my Team members who found the solution, which is to host your html signature (or image) via a hosting service such as amazonaws (what we used). Once your HTML file or image is being hosted, you then copy your content directly through that browser link on your mobile device and paste it into your iphone signature via settings. It works 100% as its providing you an unedited clean copy!
Hope this helps some of you out there who were going crazy like I was trying to remedy this issue :-)
Yoall dont go use spark to create a signature for your built in mail app, instead simply use Spark !
Why struggle with “Mail” if it’s crap? Don’t use it!
Choose Spark as your default mail app. Simple as that. And stop ”resolving” what Apple would’t
For people who are using mobile devices only, the gmail, yahoo, spark, outlook is a pretty good suggestion. But for people who wish syncing desktop Mac mail with an iPhone, the third party app is only one solution at this point, until Apple decides to allow embedding the picture logo in their signature back like it was before.

With over 1500 other people having the same question, I am wondering if there is any resolve??
There is. If you need a company logo in every email you sent from your business email account, talk to your Email Server Admins to add it on the server level.
In my case, it’s because my school is demanding we use their logo along with our contact information which is fine on my computer but not when I want to respond using my phone. The fact that it used to work and then doesn’t now is the reason for the gripe. I get that Apple is entitled to a level of control that sometimes has advantages for consumers willing to compromise their wishes.
Alex are you there ?
Yes. Check out reply from D_Wiz on page 3

This works.
Just wait...it’ll stop working soon. Been there, seen that, done that...😳
For how long have you been using this solution for “Signatures” .... after setting up in the ‘Mail’ app ....?
I would like to know if this solution is sustainable....?

Thanks for the clarification. Much appreciated.
Been using it for years now, it will always work, I tried everything, gif, png, jpeg they all work as long as you have a dot or something else that you type
This is still working without any problem. Did anyone tried?
