iPhone email signature image not showing
Since updating to ios13, my email signature logo is not showing in my email.
It is saved in signatures, so the signature is coming across, but the logo is a blank box?

You only do it manually one time if you do it according to my instructions. Spark app-create signature and insert image from a picture button in spark app. Then create a new email, copy the whole signature.
Go to iPhone settings - emails - signature and paste the signature.
Understand, and it’s a certainty a probable solution. But the goal is to not have to work around stuff to get a solution. Apple prides itself in slick user friends products. This situation is obliviously not that. I personally appreciate the input.
For the record I’m using Outlook as a stand in.
This is very poor of apple not to take notice of this issue.
iPhone is meant to be the classy business phone. Clearly not. Can't even add a logo signature since the update.
Nothing shows poor business ethics like an email with no signature!
Update: So when I start an email, leave the email account on the default, type text in the message area, then reselect the from email, I get two signatures 😒....I have to delete one, but at lease they are back.

I see the same thing. I’m only referring to iPad OS at the moment. The image (a logo in this case) appears correctly in Mail settings, but displays as an empty box with the word NULL when composing new messages in the Mail app. I can create and see the signature successfully, logo and all, in iOS 12.4.1 on an iPhone XR.
iOS 13.3 released today and still doesn't fix the email signature image issue. "Null" is still the word. What is this, 6 updates since Apple released iOS 13?
Clearly Apple doesn't care about this issue, and if you do a Google search, there isn't much in the way of people bringing it up. Really surprised me as I would think more business users would be raising this issue.
I wonder if there are any conditions that it works naturally under iOS 13 reducing the number of users experiencing the problem. Upgrading from iOS 12.x with a working signature? Different iPhone models? I'm still running a 6s Plus, but what about an X or 11?
I ended up using the recommendation from a few weeks ago about using the Spark App and it works.
At first I thought that every time I wrote an email I would have to paste the signature but this is not accurate.
Follow the last instructions for Spark. Sign up using any email and create the signature with the logo you want. Close out the Settings of Spark and create a new email. Copy THIS data and paste it into the signature of the Apple Mail settings.
In the Spark Settings, I set "San Francisco" font to 13 I believe so it was the same size as the Apple text.
Also, I have successfully done it without shaking to "Undo Attributes" .....
So just to confirm, I DO NOT have to paste the signature from Spark every time I create a new email. The image is there, it does not say "Null" or a blank box.
I'm not going to update this phone again until someone says this issue is fixed because I do not have any other issues!!!
I've spent hours chatting with Apple tech support about this issue for a new iPad Pro. They referenced remedies in this thread, but eventually told me the feature is not supported and suggested I try another email client.
Strangest thing...
I applied the Spark solution with success: sent a test email to myself and when I open it on my iPhone, voila, there's my signature again. However, when I open this same test mail on my Macbook, the images are gone again...
Apple...please, when will you provide a real solution?? Getting more frustrated with you over time and I guess I'm not the only one...
I had the same experience with the Spark solution: only worked for two days. I have also seen this problem on my iPhone XR in iOS12.4.1. I added a signature with a logo in Apple’s Mail app, which only ever displayed NULL in place of the image. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice...
Unfortunately the spark app didnt work either. I emailed a message to myself through spark and on my iPhone (ios13.3) I copied and pasted it in the signature option. I restarted it my iPhone and it didnt work, I did it without restarting my iPhone and the image came back as “null”. Do you know of any other options?
My HTML email signatures are created in an App Store App called "Email Signature Creator" and work fine with ios13. I did have some problems initially (which is how I found this thread), but after selecting "Load Remote Images" in iOS Mail settings, all worked perfectly normally (as per my comment near the very start of this thread). I'm not sure whether "Email Signature Creator" is doing something similar to what some users have found with "Spark", but I can definitely say that I have HTML signatures (a different one set for my three different email accounts) and they work exactly as expected in iOS13, including calling on remote images for logos, etc.
Just a thought - are you looking in the OSX or iOS App Store? “Email Signature Creator” is in the OSX App Store rather than the iOS App Store (at least, it is in the UK) - it is an OSX / Desktop App.
Solution for me on iOS13.3 (Exchange account but should work for most account types):
Enable loading remote images as mentioned above.
Then...
Upload your logo/image to a web server or some place you can access the image online by typing the URL in your browser without having to login.
Open up Gmail or borrow a friends account to complete the following.
In Gmail settings go down to the Signature section.
Copy and past your signature and replace the image with the image tool in the Gmail toolbar.
Select Web Address URL in this window and in the pathway box type the URL (address of your image that works to show the image in your browser).
Once it shows click "Select" and the image should appear in your Gmail signature.
Save changes down the bottom and then send yourself an email from the Gmail account.
On your iPhone copy the signature on the received email to your iPhone signature.
Once pasted shake the phone as mentioned above and "Undo" styling changes (may work without this step).
Try sending an email with your remotely loaded image/logo and all should be working.
Put your Gmail account signature back the way it was.
I'm using iPhone 8 with iOS 13.3 and have done this ******** numerous times already. Most people having same issue, would agree with me. Apple are you paying any attention to all this frustration....? Is it the limitation of the 'Logo Image' size in KB or Pixels that can be effectively embedded in the Mail signatures....? I've tried pasting Logo Image sized from 20KB to 6KB and 260X72 Pixels. Once setup it works for couple of times, after that Logo Image appears as an empty box. Why Apple is not saying something about this.....? Please provide some real answers.
I'm having an even worse problem. I cannot get any of the formatting to show up in my signature in settings. I've copied the colorful signature with corporate fonts from an email and pasted in multiple time and nothing is working to get it to show. I've restarted. It's a brand new phone so I shouldn't already have to be deleting accounts to and re-setting them up just to get this to work.
