iPhone email signature image not showing
Since updating to ios13, my email signature logo is not showing in my email.
It is saved in signatures, so the signature is coming across, but the logo is a blank box?

I was changing the email signature image and then i got the same problem. I tried many things, html signature, testing outlook copy paste etc etc.
What did fix it for me was using Spark the email app from app store. I created a signature and pasted in the image from my picture library. Then opened a new email and copy pasted the whole signature. Paste it in the original mail app signature.
Fixed my problems!
I have been using the signature created by the Spark App for multiple months, November, December? Still works on my iPhone and iPad. Make sure that "show images" slider is turned on under mail settings.
Guys I found a work around for it, it is not the best of the best but it works, you can barely noticed it but something is something. All you have to do is add a dot at the beginning or at the very last of your image, something that shows next to signature when you get out from it, otherwise it will not recognize that something is in there, if anybody has questions let me know so I can write step by step on how to
There is an easy way to fix the issue. Save your image to jpg or something and into the file folder. Convert that image to html, so your file will be xxx.html. Search google or go to https://html.imageonline.co/ to convert the image. Save the converted file to file folder. Then go the that converted file on the file folder, long pressed it to copy and paste it in the signature box. That it, it work for me.

what website do we go to create an html signature ?
None will work anyway. Official there is no support for logo with iOS Mail (no official documentation for it). Everything you have read here about it and tried are unofficial and undocumented workarounds that do not work as intended.
If you want to have logo signature with your outgoing emails, then you are better of to talk to your IT /Email Server guys about adding signature automatically to every email that goes through select SMTP server.
No just create a signature in Spark email app, create a new email and copy paste the signature into mail app.
Please install Spark on your Mac desktop, create signatures. It will sync with the spark iPhone, copy and paste to your mail signatures on iPhone. Try to send, good luck!
You didn't read the message correctly. The problem is since upgrading to iOS 13, HTML email signatures do not work. As "signature-logo-not-showing-ios," stated, you can paste an html signature, complete with company logo and colored fonts or formatting, but it is not included in the signature in your message. Image is displayed as a box with "null" in it. Font is displayed as black only.
You may still be able to retain fonts formatting (provided iOS recognizes that font type) but wont be able to retain Company Logo (image .jpeg or .png file) with in the saved signatures.
To retain your fonts all you have to do is shake your phone after pasting the signatures copied from another message.
This will generate a prompt message "Undo Change Attributes" on your iPhone screen, Tap "Undo" and your custom font will reappear. Tap on a clear area and edit your signatures (if you want to) then tap the back button/arrow at top left. You're done.
But as stated earlier if your copied signatures contain a JEPG or PNG picture file it will appear as an empty block when ever you compose a new message.
This seems to be working and you can tell it's going off to the cloud to get the logo from my Google Drive. I tried Dropbox, but they want you to upgrade to make URLs public, then I used my OneDrive and Gmail refused to find the public URL. So, placed it in my Google Drive. The Web URL tab didn't work, complained it couldn't open the file, however it did place the file under the My Drive tab, so I used that. It's working.
Painful experience and Apple should be ashamed of their Support Service as it doesn't seem to have the teeth internally to get these issues swiftly fixed. This is not and isolated incident, it's a pattern with SW problems.
Thanks the forum getting involved. We progress, despite the vendor leaving us flailing around.....
I have 2 answers to this issue:
There are some steps on this thread. But for me it worked like this.
Good look!
@The Blues, I am able to send using my iPhone 11 Promax. When I open the mail application I don't see the logo, on the bottom of my signature that was created in Spark, but when I send emails, people are getting the logo in the signature, except the text is not formatted, which is another issue with Apple mail. It should go back to HTML option.
I am using Spark and mail together, and soon as Apple resolves the problem, I will move back to mail.
Exactly mail on Mac is no issue attaching logo to signature. It is only in IOS which debunks the theory some have floated that it is a service provider issue. I’ve used png, jpg, tiff nothing works in iOS, but all work on Mac OS. It is a Apple iOS mail issue.
iOS 14 has the solution.
a. Install Spark
b. Use it!
you are no longer required to use the built in mail client. Don’t use it if it s””ks and pardon my French - you can even choose any app as the phone’s default mail app.
now close this silly discussion as there is no way to stop receiving mails each time someone else is responding!
I suggest....Try converting your logo to .png format ensuring file size is no larger than 70KB and then insert again in your signature in Spark app and then follow the other steps.
