iPhone email signature image not showing
Since updating to ios13, my email signature logo is not showing in my email.
It is saved in signatures, so the signature is coming across, but the logo is a blank box?

I was changing the email signature image and then i got the same problem. I tried many things, html signature, testing outlook copy paste etc etc.
What did fix it for me was using Spark the email app from app store. I created a signature and pasted in the image from my picture library. Then opened a new email and copy pasted the whole signature. Paste it in the original mail app signature.
Fixed my problems!
I started using Spark. It works fine there.
Hi There
Having tried you solution, this does not work and doesn't solve the wider problem, by deleting the account and reinstating what was already there is not a fix in my opinion as you are placing back the same information as before in the same format.
I have tried to do the following things to combat this problem and so far failed:
I would also like to note that when sending the signature to the phone from a desktop computer the signature comes through fine with no issues, its only when the signature is loaded to the phone it becomes a problem, and after trying multiple avenues to remmedy this issue I am under the believe that it is something to do with the IOS solely.
Heather, I'm happy for your success and just curious if you have tested it by sending it to someone outside your organization and have received it back. Does your logo still appear below in their response and second, does it come Back to you as an attachment?

It’s like apple doesn’t want us emailing anymore.
Why? Do you need a logo in a signature to send an email? What’s wrong with simple text signature?
Solution for a company logo in email is simple. Ask you IT guys to add signature automatically to every email going out through their servers. A common practice in many companies.
I put a full stop in my personal account and now the signature works on my business account. I don’t use html signatures though so may not be a solution for all.
Heather, you may also check this by sending a test email to yourself on the same email or to another email address on a different domain. Would be quicker to find ‘the moment of truth’.
@Milkeeway, shaking does not work. The picture logo is showing just a placeholder ? The app Spark helps, but copy and paste from spark, the font is a default and can not be changed.
Jesus. Just use another app 😀 wtf?
use gmail, yahoo, spark, outlook... there are plenty of mail apps out there simply use one that works 😀
Thanks for coming back to me Alex.
Saving the signature is fine; it's the company logo/image that is not saving.
I can cut and paste the signature including the logo, but when I send an email, the text of the signature is there, but the logo is not, just a white box with 'null' written inside.
When I check the signatures in the account, the logo has disappeared again.
This was not the case prior to update....
I'm having the same issue when I compose a new email. When I reply to an email, it works fine. I get a prompt asking if I want to include attachments, I hit yes, and it shows the image. For a new email, I just see a blank box.
Was hoping yesterday’s update 13.2.2 would fix it but no change. No logo in a new email or a replay just the blank box, load remote images is on.....
i’m guessing iPadOS will probably do the same thing so I’m staying away from that for the time being unless someone can confirm that the logo is in the signature.....
I dont use Spark as a stand in, i use mail app. I only used spark to create a working signature for the mail app. The goal must be to have a working solution for the problem? But hey, you can wait until Apple fix this problem! :)
Well, the signature worked well with iPhone XS Max and IOS 13.3.1 until the moment when my mail office account did not synchronize correctly, I deleted and re-installed the account.
And there I lost the signature and impossible to put it back with the image (the logo) .... I tried everything.
Spark or whatever is not the problem in my opinion.
All of these programs generate an html signature.
There is a bug and Apple does not fix it and in addition does not offer a simple system to insert a logo or image in the signature.
It makes no sense.
I think most people know that if not all. What you’re suggesting is a work around.
The most affected are the professionals who mostly use Microsoft Outlook Exchange for their email.
If they use a computer the signatures are in HTML format but when they use their iOS devices HTML format is not allowed for signatures. (or HTML is crooked and needs to be fixed)
For how long have you been using this signature after setting up....?
Also which image file type did you use .jpg, .gif, .png etc....?
In most cases...so far...logo image disappears after few hours or days of setting up signatures.
