iPhone email signature image not showing

Well very strangely, I've managed to get it to work. I redid it on the phone using the sparks method again, which still didn't work, but then I decided to try that combined with the last part of this link

Are you sure you’re following my instruction accurately? As other people have managed it with no problems, I used PNG logos for all my email signatures, what I would suggest is check the size isn’t too large.

I can’t understand why you can’t get it to work, the email address you use is Irrelevant as you don’t actually send an email, once you’ve created the signature go to create a new email but don’t send it, copy your signature that’s you’ve created, please refer to my original post and follow the instruction to the letter, other people have managed it so I’m assuming your doing something wrong along the way, it is a bit long winded but if does work, please try again and good luck

Biki144, try to reply or open a new email right now. You will notice that logo won’t show up. That is the issue. The Problem is not creating and setting logo at first time. It is after attempting to reply/send new emails.

Apple has no solution or that issue.

Did he not respond? Our entire lawfirm is waiting for an answer from someone regarding this. We are all experiencing the same problem.

sooooooo frustrating. Nothing says professional like a screwed up signature...

The shake to undo changes worked on the formatting for me but did not solve the image issue. Still comes up as a “null” box.

You all are one step ahead of me. None my signatures show up in email. They are all present under settings, but none publish when composing email....come on Apple

I have been using the signature created by the Spark App since probably November with no issues, no interruptions on either of my devices.

If the logo signature is for one specific email address, you paste it into that particular account, then you need to select per account and then it will only show for the one specific account

This doesn’t work on iPhone or iPad. Just stop using the default mail client and get one that works!

The easiest solution is in Apple's developers hands, and that is to make it back like it was before iOS13, when it used to work 100%.... the second option using Spark.
