iPhone email signature image not showing

iPhone? What about iPads for the business? I have been using them for the last 15 years strictly for sending emails with company logos and a letterheads. Now my iPad is useless. I hope apple fixes this issue.

It’s not just iPhones it is other Apple products I’ve been harping about my iPhone because I don’t intend to get another phone but I have switched from an iPad which I have no longer use to a surface pro device as my tablet for the purpose of having a more professional appearance when I use that device for sending emails. If I’d known this was going to be an issue before I spent well over $1000 on my phone I might’ve considered buying another phone at that time. It is not Apple’s responsibility to Police each of our digital signatures and determine whether or not we have the right to use those images if someone has a complaint against an individual user research that individual user

I have tried most of the options listed here and none of them seem to work. My husband's firm have just moved and so his old signature needed updating (strangely the previous one, which was setup in ios11, continued to work on his new phone running ios13.4, as the phone was restored from the old backup). I have tried to set up using my gmail (how the previous one was done) and sparks, but even though the logo shows in the signature settings, it doesn't appear in the email, all there shows is either a blank white box or nothing, depending on which way I try and set it up.

The only thing I am unable to try is the email signature generator, as the signature is created in photoshop using text and image, then sent via gmail as a png. I noticed in sparks that the image can be converted into html, but just using the code in the settings, doesn't actually produce the image.

I am at my wits end with this and any help would be gratefully received (I wish I'd never deleted the old one, which am unable to put back, as have the same issues). Thanks

Hi I tried sending test emails from his work email to others, using both the signature created using both gmail and spark, but the signature doesn’t show. The signature works in spark and gmail, but if I use in apple mail, which is what he uses for his work email, then it doesn’t appear on the email, yet is there in mail settings

But I think that it’s ridiculous. Imagine in a magazine advertising with your logo or picture, and the printing goes out without your picture because of the copyright. Every user is responsible of how they use their own signature, not Apple. And so on with more examples. If you use something wrong, you will be facing the consequences not the plataform or tool. Please, this is only my particular opinion.

Unfortunately no it shows up 4 times under every account. Maybe one in 10 times or adds the photo. If I deselect per account it shows up once never with photo. it used to work fine then an update caused the issues.

Thanks for this work around but I cannot seem to get it to work. I used a gmail address for spark. Could that have something to do with it? I have other email addresses I can try but thought you might know before i keep trying as I have spent several hours on this already! Thanks so much for the help! Look forward to a response! TIA

That’s funny, shows you no nothing as I performed thus exercise after I downloaded the latest iOS 13.5.1 and it works perfectly, if you follow my instructions to the letter you won’t have any problems, don’t take any notice of the comment I’m replying to.

I’m still having issues following your instructions to it either drops the photo or multiplies the signature by four times or includes the photo initially but it drops out when it sends it’s a mixed bag of tricks the things that it does it shows up in my phone that the picture exists it just simply doesn’t append to the emails correctly

Spark is now saying unknown JPG as an error and will not use my picture which oddly enough now Apple will use but it disappears and reappears and shows up multiple times spark does not work at all. This is so maddening it’s ridiculous I shouldn’t have spent hours on this when it used to work and just stopped one day due to an update

The Spark solution doesn’t work. Send a mail with spark signature to a receiver on another domain and the pic is gone missing.

also, there is no way to stop receiving notifications from this thread. That’s Apple for you. Probably some security issue. Haha

My email signature logo on 13.5.1 is showing up as null on my iphone and no matter how I try to fix it by copy - paste - shake phone - undo - it still shows up as null. Can you help. Apple how would you like your logo being a white box saying NULL!!??

Here's the problem Kevin. Many people have already done exactly what you have described. It has worked for them for a long time. Then all of a sudden, likely associated with a update, it stopped working. They not only know these steps, they have executed them successfully in the past. They're trying to figure out why it's not working now.

I honestly can't make it to page 14 of this thread but I've spent more time trying to get an image in my signature that I have refinancing my house.

1. Spark signature thing didn't work
2. Load remote images didn't
3. Getting a permalink for the image didn't work

So now I'm dead. Thank you apple.

I have the same issue on my iPhone and iPad. Nothing has worked. Please let us know when this is slatted to be fixed. I use Bluemail and it works for a couple of days, but reverts to their default signature. A pain when you are managing over 10 email accounts.
