IOS 13 update screenshots are blurry
Every since I updated to the IOS 13 my screenshots are blurry not matter who I send them to. Is there a fix for this?

after talking to Apple support and not getting much help, I tried testing different techniques. I realized that when I’m on cellular data 4g it sends blurry pictures, but when LTE is turned on it doesn’t! I also tested this with my friends iPhone 11 where he turned off LTE and used 4g to send pictures and I received them blurry. Hopefully this helps!

I’m having this same issue - so is my husband. It started after the 13.1.3 update. Any word on a fix??
You are correct at home I only get 4G & that’s when my screenshots are sent blurry or tiny. The strange part is that didn’t start til I did the IOS 13 update. Before the update I didn’t have this issue ☹️
I have exactly the same problem.
The low quality setting image is turned off, but still my screen shots continue to be sent blurred.
I have not yet noticed what the pattern is, because sometimes it is sent with normal quality but sometimes totally blurred!
How is this fixed?
replying in 2020 because I too have this issue. had it with my XS Max after iOs13 update. Upgraded to 11Pro & still an issue with *some* not all screenshots. Friends in group chat always complain about it.
I have always had Low Quality Image mode off on both devices prior to me having this issue.
I hope Apple notices and FIXES it soon.
Following. I’ve had the same issue. I’ve also noticed the quality of my Snapchat photos is gone. It looks like it compresses the photo then sends a smaller image.
im thinking of downgrading my iPhone because it’s constant replies of my photos being blurry. Only notice the issue with non iPhone users.
Hi, I have had the same problem for a while now. Originally, I thought it was due to me having an iPhone 8 plus and the people sending me screenshots on messenger had an iPhone 11, so i thought due to different screen sizes it came up differently which I understood. I now also have an iPhone 11 but I am still having this problem on iMessage but they send clear on Whatsapp. Does anyone have a solution?

Following because mine is doing the same. When I sent to my friend’s iPhone 8, no issue, but to my husband’s iPhone XR, they’re blurry. Low Quality Image Mode is switched OFF.
Sending them the receiver says they are always blurry
