Remove sub folders in Music

Hi,

I recently transferred all my music from a Windows PC to MAC. I now successfully have my iTunes library set up on my Mac. However, I accidentally clicked the "Keep iTunes media file organised" checkbox in the transfer process which renamed my files and created an artist > album type folder structure within my main Music folder.

What i would like to do is simply relocate all of my tracks to my main Music folder (with no subfolders). I am worried this will break all the links in iTunes. Would anyone be able to help guide me through a process to do this without breaking links?
