If you need to know the loan number of your Citizens One account, it is at the bottom of the receipt for your iPhone.

Either they gave you a receipt at the Apple Store, or emailed you one, or if you purchased online you can login to your Apple Store account (click the shopping bag on the far right of the Apple.com toolbar and click sign in) and you can view the receipt there. Click the shopping bag in the toolbar and choose "Orders" (you'll have to sign in with your Apple ID to view the orders).

Find your iPhone order and click on it. On the top right of your order details, under the Order Number and the Purchase Date, there is a link to "View Invoice". When you click to view invoice, your Invoice Receipt will pop up.

In any case (emailed copy, physical copy, or view online invoice), at the very bottom of the invoice, there is a section called Payment Methods. Your loan number will be displayed in this section.

Once you have your loan number login to Citizens One, click on "Add a New Loan", enter the Loan Number, the last 4 of your ssn, and your zip code. Click the Confirm button and you're set.
