iPad software update now iPad is dead
Last night I was notified that my IPad Pro would be doing a software update. This morning my iPad is dead. Won’t turn on. Tried hard reboots. Nothing. What do I do?

Bring it into your nearest, “local” Apple Store for diagnosis, evaluation and potential options.
Let the Apple employees sort your iPad Pro issues out.

Thank you. I did call Apple. I have an apt at Best Buy Geeks tomorrow since there is no Apple Store near me. I just hope Apple takes responsibility because I went to sleep and it work perfect till their software upgrade
it's stuck in DFU mode. Has a charge. it's powered up, just bricked at verifying upgrade (after a successful auth from apple servers) It's all very odd. :) I'm awaiting a decent build of catalina to try one more time. But the genius bar tech quote is literal.
No good. Dead as a door nail. Tried everything. Worked perfect last night then they did software update.
DId they fix it? I was told by best buy genius bar AND apple genius bar that my previously perfect ipad pro was simply dead and they LITERALLY "had no idea why".
They didn't test/diagnose for battery failure?
