How to clear the local DNS cache in Mac OS

I received an instruction from my web host that in order to clear local DNS cache I need to

use following commands on Terminal:

dscacheutil -flushcache

sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder

But such instructions says it can flush in Mac OS up to El Capitan.

My OS is Mojave

Would that be the same command?
