iCloud Document Storage issues

iCloud shows incorrect info about the left space. All the drive folders are empty, but the storage shows that the storage is full (40 GB space).

iCloud lying about available storage iCloud is prompting me that it is full. I removed a directory from iCloud drive that should've opened up space significantly but iCloud still reports that "Documents" is using 50GB+. I don't even have any "Documents".

iCloud Drive full with no documents! Hello I get the message that my iCloud drive is almost full. Of course I deleted pictures and video... But when I want to manage the account, it tells me that I have 1,91Go of documents. Yet I deleted everything in my iCloud drive folder (I even deleted the trash and all the files that could be restored. There's no way I can find more file to delete (mail and messages weight less that 100 Mo in my storage!) Any help to get rid of those 1,91Go of "documents"? Many thanks

iCloud Drive full after deleting all documents My 50GB of iCloud storage was full so I moved my entire iCloud Drive onto a hard disk and deleted all files from iCloud Drive and Recently Deleted. However, it still says 30.6GB is still being used by Documents and Data stored in the iCloud Drive, yet only 295.7MB are actually present. It's been 2 days since I deleted all data, yet the issue still persists.

Have you tried signing out of iCloud and back in to see if that will refresh the storage?

Yes, I have, but it did not help. Apple support helped to refresh the storage. Thanks.
