AppleCare scam?

I received a call from AppleCare saying that my iCloud account may have been breached. Does this sound like a scam?

Yes it is a scam. Apple does not make unsolicited calls.

Odd Applecare message I just received a text from T-Mobile stating that my applecare registration is complete. i have no idea where this is from, and i didn’t do anything related to applecare today. should i be concerned? or do i just ignore it?
