I just received a text from T-Mobile stating that my applecare registration is complete. i have no idea where this is from, and i didn’t do anything related to applecare today. should i be concerned? or do i just ignore it?

If found to be illegitimate, report this to Apple. Use my User Tip: Using the Photos App to Report Scams: - User Tips
I suggest contacting TMobile so they can check your account and If this message is legitimately from them.
