iPhone 11 Front Camera Blurry

The issues with front camera just sorted out by swiping new iPhone on November. Then again blurry images come up and today I have a store slot to swap again the phone ; it’s quiet miles away from my expectation of Apple !

I am having the same problem. I hate this iPhone 11camera. Especially the front facing. It looks like an Android. My 7 took better pictures than this :(

My iPhone 11 Pro Front camera is making the picture looks dark. Not just the picture but in video calls too. I compared with other phones and also looking in the mirror. However when there is better lighting it gives the natural look. I hope this problem will be addressed by @Apple with an update. Now I can't return or exchange as I am in India and I bought the phone in America.

Me too!! Well in the camera app they don't come blurry, but in apps like instagram or snapchat they do come blurry and looks like an android camera :(, my 8 Plus took better pictures. I hope that issue could be fixed with and iOS update :/

My 15-yr old cried for two hours. It was the most disappointing present. She had been working hard towards getting it for months. The camera is so important to her activities in the social media world and the pictures are just so bad...

Did Apple do this on purpose so that we all buy the new phone coming out this year? Did they cheapen the camera? If they had software for it, they would’ve rolled something out by now...it’s March. So disappointed.

I am having the same issue with the Camera. To say it looks like an Android phone's camera is just stupid. Do you know how many phones are running Android? A lot. I have a Galaxy phone and it takes way better pictures than the iPhone. The Galaxy S20 makes the iPhone 11 look ridiculous in comparison.

Did you solve this problem? Because I went to phone store to compare 11s. I saw same photo and video quality. But now I still have doubt, Is 11 front camera looks normally like this or we buy a faulty one.

I’m having the same problem. There just isn’t anyway they didn’t know this when they shipped these phones out. You can go several phone generations back and get better photos. They had to know.

My inward facing camera ever since I bought it a few months back it’s been very blurry. I’m really disappointed with it, is this a fault with all the iPhone 11 Pros ?

All 3 cameras on my and my partner's 11 take blurry photos. If you take 5 photos in a row, 1 will be beautiful, 4 will be blurry. One exceptions, our wide angle lens never take a clear photo.

i just switched from an 8+ to an 11 yesterday and i have the same problem it smooths my skin out and makes it kinda blurry and idk why... did you ever figure something out?

The same thing , the front camera have a bad quality and it's looks like a old android phone , please help
