Family Sharing Problem With Country/Region
Hello Guys,
I have a problem with family sharing. In fact, I try to add my wife as member but it shows me the same error every time when i try to invite her or I try to loggin from my phone with her account.
The error says that we don't have the same region/country. The thing is that i checked the setting of both accounts and they are set already in the same region/country. Both phones are iphone 6s models. My phone is on ios 13 and my wifes on ios 12. I have already try to logout and re-login in my icloud account but nothing happends. Also, i tryed to restart both phones but as before it is still not working. Any idea how to solve this? ( The main - mine account of the family sharing has some balance and a subscription with 200gb icloud storage, so I can't change the region/country)
