I have the iPhone SE and I don’t have a Sim Card. I updated it to the IOS 13.1.2 yesterday and then I tried to text and FaceTime and it says I need to verify it. When I log in to verify it, it takes a while then says I can’t contact the iMessage or FaceTime server, try again. I don’t know what to.

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device

If necessary

Hard reset

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
