I am using iPhone XS from last two months and it takes grainy pictures with bad resolution . Makes subject skin grainy. I tried cleaning lenses of front camera as well as rear camera , nothing worked . I have tried updating software as well . Problem still persist.
I am not happy with the pictures quality comes out from my phone .
what to do any ? suggestions would be appreciated.

Try using HDR on your iPhone and see if the issue continues when you do this:
Use HDR on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Make sure you remove any case or other accessory as well. Some accessories and cases have magnets or metal in them that can interfere with the camera and affect the photos:
Magnetic accessories might interfere with iPhone cameras
Check and see if the issues occur with all camera modes (Portrait, Square, etc..) and test with another app that uses the camera. Be sure to test photos in different lighting environments as well and see if the issue continues.
