Is there a way to revert the email interface to what it previously was in the prior IOS? When I am in a message, they put the trash button exactly where the forward button used to be. And you have to pull up a menu to do anything else. Where there used to be buttons for forward, reply, flag, etc...

The mail app bug is really hurting my work and business. I have 19 emails that I monitor for my companies and the university I work at.
iOS 12 was perfectly handling all.
but now in IOS 13, the app crashes, won't update emails. I have to try many times and go back and forth and close the app to make it really update all emails. It has hurt my work and business.
To this point, I used apple products because they were seamless. But now that it is hurting my work and is causing me financial loss, I have to move away. I have 3 iphone XS plusses and several apple watches. But now they are all basically toys that I can no longer benefit from.
Apple is using newly grads who have no clue what they are doing (I know because they have 2 of my own PhD students there). The previous CEO cared about the quality and shamelessness. But not anymore.
They must have ignored their human factors engineers. I've already inadvertently deleted multiple emails this morning.
Yes I can't see where the flag button is, I use my phone to triage my emails and flag follow ups. Can anyone find the menu?
Oh just found it with the reply button. Agree that this update is very unhelpful
