Echo on speaker calls and videos

Remove the screen protector? What would that have to do with it? Anyone not using a screen protector having this issue?

Yes my phone was replaced with brand new device and I still have the same problem

You're right, they do need to recall these phones. I wish they would.

I wish they could recall and help us to get a another phone or cash back.. it is painful to use this phone with this problem

I agree. I have a phone advisor calling tonight about my case. Have you or anyone had to deal with a phone advisor? And if so, any suggestions on dealing with them? What can I expect?

They called me they took logs from my phone and said they are sending to a engineer

Keep reporting...I know it’s a pain and time consuming but all of these instances have to be documented

that’s exactly what they did when I went but they didn’t swap my phone out
