Wont able to connect to cellular data

My cellular data connection was dropping/ unreliable. A lot of time that cannot connect to cellular data and i have to re select to other option (VoLTE ON, VoLTE OFF, 3G and 2G) in order to have internet continuously.

Been contacting my local carrier and no problem on their part. Been contacting apple support as well for how many times and done all the steps provided (restart, update, restore etc).

Been trying to tell apple support that Im not the only one who's experiencing this. This issue/problem from new cellular data option > voice & data might from new update. Been trying to reach the apple support to make a report to the person who is accounted for to make an update on iOS 13 regarding the said issue because this had happened after I updated to iOS 13 and that was weeks ago and been experiencing this problem weeks from now, not only me. Result I got from them is to send the device to apple service center.
