Swapfile0 appeared on my homescreen after i had upgraded to MacOS Catalina

After I had upgraded my MacBook Pro 13-inch 2019 to MacOS Catalina, it appeared on my homescreen a folder named 'Relocated Items' which contains 'vm' folder and 'swapfile0' inside it, its capacity is 1.07GB. Can I move it to trash, and will some problems affected to my Mac after I deleted it?

Can someone answer the OP as to whether we can delete the swapfile in the Relocated Items folder? Seeing as it may be a duplicate or extraneous swapfile, while the original(s) the system creates or uses are in /private/var/vm ?

The Relocated Items folder also contains for me a usr folder with several subfolders inside and an empty Quarantine folder that has a red circle on it.
