Had my iPhone 11 for about a week and the headphone jack is very sensitive for movement. If you wiggle the jack or accidentally move it in your pocket the sound stops and goes out through the phone instead of the earphones. Is the phone faulty? Someone else have the same problem?

Have you tried to use a different lightning to jack adapter?
To feel more comfortable, since your device is still on warranty, have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:--> Apple – Location Selector

Sorry, but reading about "headphones" (instead of earphones) and "jack" (instead of lightning) I thought you were connecting a different 3rd party accessory using an adapter. I use it to connect my old (but still great) Koss headphones to my iPhone.

YES. I JUST took my headphones out of my 1 week old iPhone 11.
within 15 minutes of use I accidentally bumped the lightning jack with my pinky while typing. Oops. Just did it again on accident while typing this. The music immediately cuts out of my headphones and starts playing out of the phone. This is t first iPhone and this is a huge letdown. Music is so important and this needs to be fixed ASAP apple. Who can I call for help?
I still have the same problem ever after replacing new standard headphone that comes with pro. Like someone said the only solution is to replace the phone... Seems to be a hardware bug in 11 ... its pitty.. Apple is yet to say a official statement.
Maybe I was unclear about what is plugged in. It’s the standard headphones that came with the phone.

Hi, I firstly received new earphones which did not help. Then I sent in my phone for repair, and they were not able to repair it. I then got a new iPhone 11 and have not had an issue since.
