How do you remove those unicorns permanently?

I would very much like to remove those unicorns permanently. I know I can suppress them by touching the frequently used icon (clock) in the emoji keyboard, but it keeps appearing.

******, I never imagined that (a) Apple would release something that f***g crappy, undisablable and annoiying, and (b) I would seriously think of moving to Android just because of these crap unicorns. Seriously. I was an iPhone fan since original iPhone. But these unicorns (well, add Mi Band stopped working, tethering problems, weird Safari updates, crappy Scripts, etc, etc, etc, resembles me of late Microsoft, how about to get Johnny Ive back for any money he wants?), but UNICORNS, are you serious? And I can't disable them?

I expect that Apple would react soon and make these unicorns disablable (completely!!!) in the next iOS update.

It's beyond remarkable with all the things in the world one could be riled up about, this is so upsetting to someone. I don't use a fraction of the emoji's available. But it certainly doesn't upset me they are there. As the number of emoji's grow, it can take longer to find one I do want to use, but that's hardly cause for being upset.

Go to settings>general>keyboard>memoji stickers. ( Scroll all the way to the end). Click the toggle OFF from green. You’ll still keep the regular emojis, but those God-awful UNICORNS will be GONZO!!😂😅

YOU’RE WELCOME!!

( And your comment gave me my laugh for the day, because I needed it! I HATED those ridiculous stickers)!!!!!!🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Launch the Settings app on your iOS device.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap Keyboard.
4. Swipe down to the bottom of the screen.
5. Toggle off the switch next to Memoji Stickers.

Out of curiosity, did you read any of the thread before posting?

Here’s what worked for me. While in messages, click the message bar as if to start a text, then press and hold the emoji icon at lower left. From the pull down, choose Keyboard Settings, scroll to the bottom and click “Memoji Stickers” to off. Hopefully that works for you too!

It should work. It's the solution Apple provided last year and which has been mentioned at least half a dozen times in this thread, once on this very page.

As a long time Apple user, these are the most annoying feature I've run across in the last few months. The unicorn emoji's have never been used by me - but they appear in my frequently used section. After some searching I found a way to get rid of them and keep my emoji's the phone came with. Go to Settings - General - Keyboard - Memoji Stickers. Turn that #$%! off. Problem solved and you don't have to sacrifice your standard emoji selection :)

Had you just read this thread, you would have seen this solution posted back in December of last year.
