I never asked for shortcuts, and I just discovered a slew of suggested shortcuts, the first of which might explain several calls that I did not intentionally make yesterday. I want to DELETE all potential for their being suggested or created.
And....they're sitting in the Siri settings. I have done my best to disable Siri, but does their appearing there mean Siri is now somehow on?

Thanks. What I was looking for was a way to globally disable shortcuts, so I can't accidentally do something like I apparently did with dialing the other day, by triggering a shortcut unintentionally, because there will be shortcuts.
I don't have that many apps, so it's not a great hardship to use the apps without shortcuts.

I understand that you’d like to remove existing shortcuts from your device, in addition to preventing any future use or suggestion regarding shortcuts.
The information outlined below details how to go about doing so:
"Delete a shortcut or change its phrase
Go to Settings > Siri & Search and tap My Shortcuts.
To change the phrase for the shortcut, tap the shortcut, then tap Re-Record Phrase.
To delete a shortcut, swipe left over the shortcut and tap Delete. Or tap the shortcut and tap Delete Shortcut.
Turn off suggested shortcuts from Search, Look Up, or the Lock screen
If you don’t want to see Siri Suggestions or Shortcuts for a specific app, go to Settings > Siri & Search, then scroll down and tap the app. From here, you can turn off all Search, Suggestions, and Shortcuts for that app. Or turn off Allow on Lock Screen to remove suggestions for that app on the Lock screen.
Go to Settings > Siri & Search, scroll down and turn off Suggestions in Search, Suggestions in Look Up, or Suggestions on Lock Screen."
