New folder created by system after Catalina update

So I've just updated by MacBook Pro from Mojave to Catalina, and apparently Mac created a new folder in desktop called "relocated files". Inside the file there was a pdf notice that said "This folder contains some of the files that were unable to be relocated during MacOS update". These are the files:

*These 3 were contained in single folder named: security.

Can I delete them? Or should they be manually relocated?

What is in each of those folders? If the contents are something you want to keep don't delete them. I would not delete them until I knew what they contained.

Well, these are the contents; I am pretty sure they are system files, but no idea where are they used.

One of the files inside "DirectoryServices" had a file I didn't have authority to access:
