How to flag a message on new iPad Pro

I don't find any way to flag an email message on my new iPad Pro 12.9". I am used to flagging messages using a simple icon on iphones and former iPad Pro (2015 model). The icons are just not there.

Hello,

Tap on the reply button > Mark > Flag. You can also long-press on your Mail message to access this secondary menu.
