"VIDVIE" not working on phone calls after iOS 13

I have a "VIDVIE" model WBT822, it was working properly until installing ios13. After that it is working with all funtions in good condition except the phone calls,,,,, the max voice is very low

iPhone 13 video call issues I recently purchased an iPhone 13. While there is no issues with my normal calls, my video calls through WhatsApp is of poor quality. The other person complains that my audio is choppy and gets cut in the middle, the voice is very low and sounds far away. I tried connecting to different Wi-Fi networks and also through mobile net. The voice is always low and far away and the audio gets cut intermittently during the call. I also tried video call through Google duo and have same issue. I removed my case and screen guard but nothing has helped with the issue. I took the mobile to service centre where they tested the mic and found no issue. I am not sure where is the issue is but the video calls are bad. Any advice on the issue?

Poor voice quality of what's up and messenger video call I have very poor quality when calling via whats up or messenger. The video and voice are fine on their part, but they hear me very poorly and it cuts my voice all the time. My phone model on the iPhone 12 pro max. When my wife calls from her Samsung there is no problem, communication is on the level. It is very troublesome to talk when I have to repeat everything 5 times because I finally pick up without cutting. Internet at home up to 200mb / s optical fiber.
