Poor voice quality of what's up and messenger video call

I have very poor quality when calling via whats up or messenger. The video and voice are fine on their part, but they hear me very poorly and it cuts my voice all the time. My phone model on the iPhone 12 pro max. When my wife calls from her Samsung there is no problem, communication is on the level. It is very troublesome to talk when I have to repeat everything 5 times because I finally pick up without cutting. Internet at home up to 200mb / s optical fiber.
