I have all the photos in the apricativo of my client in Iphoto.

No. Now you migrate to the Photos app that comes with Catalina.
Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch Photos. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library'. Select your iPhoto Library. It will do the rest.
