Windows Store iTunes: Where is the iTunesPrefs.xml

I installed iTunes via the Windows store and I can't seem to locate the iTunesPrefs.xml file or the com.apple.iTunes.plist file. If I use the standard apple installer (not via the Windows store) these files would be located in the \AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\ directory but when I install it via the Windows store there is no Apple Computer folder in the Roaming folder.

When you install from the Windows Store private app data goes into %userprofile%/Apple. iTunes hasn't used the iTunesPrefs.xml since version 12.5.1.
