“Zoom Enabled” notification (pop up)

How do you turn of the pop up notification “zoom enabled’? This distracting box continuously alerts since last iteration 13.xx update. Since nobody has answered that is Allowed to...until the next update...1. Double tap screen with Three fingers. 2. Tap the bar at the bottom of the ‘zoom window’ that appears. 3.
