I have black spot on the top right corner of my screen and I'm not able to see the battery completely

Hi Team,

Recently I'm experiencing a display issue with my iPhone X device where the display has a black spot on the top right corner. It looks like spreading through out and cover my entire battery and signal on the top. Anyway to fix it manually or should I change the display? Is it possible for me upgrade this device with the new iPhone 11 Pro with any subsidence cost.
