Apple usb numeric keyboard not found with 10.15

Can't use my official apple wired numeric keyboard under macOS 10.15. It's a spanish version. To use it I have to unplug and plug in a different usb port (I need to repeat these steps on each computer startup), If I plug in the same it doesn't work. I¡ve tested it with all my 4 usb ports and it's the same. i've tested without any other usb device plugged and still not working from startup.

It is a 32bit device deprecated with catalina ?? (sarcastic smile)

Mac mini 2018 or later

Hi Joseph, thank you for your help, but nothing from this link can solve my issue. In the meantime I've took a HP windows usb keyboard to try, and it's the same, keyboard it's not recognize at startup (tried 4 usb ports). Fun fact... Apple > About This Mac, apple keyboard is listed in usb device list but not working.
