VM VirtualBox crushes with macOS Catalina

Hi guys,

on my Mac I do currently use the VM VirtualBox Version 6.0.12 r133076 (Qt5.6.3) with Windows 8.1 (64).

I have never had any problems in past years.

At least until yesterday, after installing the newest macOS Catalina 10.15 (19A583).

VirtualBox no longer works. It crushes suddenly. And it gives me this message that I can't understand:

You must specify a machine to start, using the command line.

Usage: VirtualBoxVM --startvm <name|UUID>

Starts the VirtualBox virtual machine with the given name or unique identifier (UUID).

I uninstalled and re-installed the VirtualBox application.

However, as I feared, I still have the same problem as before.
